Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Weekender, Rotating Days/Nights

Position: RN - Float Pool (Resource Nurse Team) Location: Chicago, IL Type: Part-Time (0.6 FTE), working weekends with day or night shifts Responsibilities: Float across inpatient units, providing high-quality, individualized patient care; utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation; ensure safety and adherence to standards; supervise and guide staff; contribute to professional development; document thoroughly; perform emergency actions when needed. Qualifications: Minimum one year of acute care RN experience; graduate of an accredited nursing school; current Illinois RN license; CPR certification; proficiency in nursing skills; effective communication and leadership abilities; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required.
