About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position in a dynamic Float Pool environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards
- Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with nursing practice guidelines, organizational values, and ethical codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year)
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in Missouri
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Oncology, Neurology, and Orthopedics
