Registered Nurse - Float - Maternity/Baby

About the Role

A Registered Nurse for the Float Pool provides adaptable, high-quality patient care across Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby units. This role serves as a resource for patients and families while addressing staffing needs in various units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, age-appropriate nursing care.
• Work flexibly across multiple units to meet staffing demands.

Requirements

• Valid Maryland RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in telemetry, pediatric, PICU, or NICU settings.
• Certifications:
  • For pediatric float roles: BLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE.
  • For critical care roles: BLS, ACLS, trauma, and stroke certifications.

Schedule
