Registered Nurse - Field Assessor
About the role
We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Greenwich, CT. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.
Responsibilities
- Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list
- Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence
- Complete a brief cognitive screening
- Evaluate the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
- Use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of RN experience
- Proven ability to work independently
- Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills
Pay
Target Pay - $82,995 - $124,492
Hourly Pay Range - $39.90 - $59.85
Per Visit Point Pay Range - $47.88 - $71.82
