Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

About the role

PRN RN Field Assessor responsible for conducting Long Term Care insurance assessments in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Obtain claimant demographics, physician info, medication lists, and assess functional independence
• Perform cognitive screening and evaluate ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
• Utilize web-based applications on a laptop or tablet for documentation

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various home environments

Preferred Skills

• Over 1 year of RN experience
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and technological proficiency

Pay

$41.20 to $61.85 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and location.
