Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Responsibilities

• Completing Long Term Care insurance assessments
• Obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list
• Evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence
• Completing a brief cognitive screening
• Evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
• Using a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certification
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience
• Proven ability to work independently
• Proven good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay

• Target Pay - $82,995 - $124,492
• Hourly Pay Range - $39.90 - $59.85
• Per Visit Point Pay Range - $47.88 - $71.82

Schedule

The hourly pay for this role will range from $36.98 to $81.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
