Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

About the Role

Provide direct perioperative care to diverse patient populations, assess surgical environments for safety, advocate for patients, and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure successful procedures. May also oversee staff orientation, education, and equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Assess and intervene in surgical safety concerns
• Facilitate surgical procedures
• Educate and orient new staff members
• Maintain supplies and equipment
• Advocate for patient safety

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
• Active Illinois RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Preferred: 2+ years of perioperative nursing experience
• Preferred: Basic computer skills
• Preferred: BSN degree

Schedule
