Registered Nurse - Evening/Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Welcome patients, promote a safe environment, and supervise staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with relevant departments.
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze health data, contributing to interdisciplinary planning.
• Participate in department goal setting, quality improvement, and staff training.
• Supervise patient care, manage resources within budget, and serve as a role model for staff and students.

Qualifications And Skills

• Nursing degree and current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional competence.
