Registered Nurse - Evening/Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a mental health setting. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes.Welcoming patients, maintaining a safe environment, and supervising direct care staff.Facilitating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with relevant departments.Interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze data for treatment planning.Participating in interdisciplinary planning, program evaluation, and department improvement initiatives.Assisting in staff selection, orientation, and professional development; serving as a role model.Attending training sessions, explaining policies, and engaging with community groups to promote mental health awareness.Supervising patient care within budget constraints and ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications And Skills Required Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and CPR certification.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Preferred: One year of psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
