Registered Nurse - Evening and Night Operations

Role: RN House Operations Administrator, responsible for providing clinical leadership, staff support, and ensuring compliance within a healthcare setting. Key Duties Serve as a clinical expert, guiding nursing staff and improving patient care protocols.Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and training to enhance clinical skills.Mentor nurses to promote professional development and excellence in care.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and evidence-based practice implementation.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address care improvements.Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and accreditation standards, assisting with audits.Address patient and family concerns, advocating for quality care.Stay updated on nursing research and assist with regulatory compliance and documentation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with inpatient medical, surgical, or critical care preferred.Current Illinois RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
