Role Overview

The Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator is a part-time clinical leadership position focused on enhancing patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in specific practice areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve care protocols and practices.
• Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and training to advance clinical skills.
• Mentor and coach nurses to foster professional growth and care excellence.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and development of evidence-based protocols.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Assist with compliance issues, regulatory audits, and inspections.
• Address patient and family concerns, advocating for quality care.
• Stay current on nursing research and advancements to implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of training, quality initiatives, and compliance efforts.
• Generate reports and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care.
• Current Illinois RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
