Registered Nurse - Evening and Night Operations

Position: RN House Operations Administrator Location: Skokie, IL Type: Full-time, per diem, night and weekend shifts Role Overview: We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support within a healthcare setting. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols, conducting staff education and training, mentoring nurses, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, assist with audits, advocate for high-quality patient care, and stay updated on nursing advancements.
