About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Saint Cloud, FL. This full-time role involves utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and respond to changes, reporting to physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions aligned with patient diagnosis and goals.
- Review care plans, identify education and discharge planning needs, and coordinate care.
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Proficient in English.

Pay
Competitive hourly pay between $30 and $33.
