Registered Nurse - Days

The Clare, a luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community in Chicago’s Gold Coast, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for its Skilled Nursing Care Unit.

Schedule

• 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM shift
• 3 days per week
• Rotating weekend schedule

Pay

$42.00–$43.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise/coordinate activities of CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments; maintain accurate charting in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and department policies.
• Maintain a high standard of resident care and respond immediately to crises or calls for assistance.
• Support the facility’s and Nursing Service’s philosophy through quality nursing care.

Requirements

• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification.
• Greater than 2 years of clinical experience preferred; one year of long-term care experience preferred.
