About the role
Provide specialized nursing care in a busy operating room environment with 17 rooms and a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure optimal health outcomes or support peaceful end-of-life care.
- Lead with professionalism, utilizing evidence-based practices and compassionate communication.
- Manage patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Prior operating room experience.
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes at least one year in a relevant operating room setting.
