Registered Nurse - Days

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Evanston (travel to other facilities as needed) Hours: Part-time (32 hrs/wk), flexible start times from 5am to noon, 8-hour shifts on weekdays Responsibilities Include Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across various patient populationsUtilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, involving patients and families when appropriateEnsuring regulatory compliance and accountability for nursing outcomesLeading and guiding unlicensed nursing personnel in interdisciplinary care deliveryCollaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure care continuity Qualifications Graduate of a state-approved nursing program; BSN preferredIL RN license and CPR/BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferredCPAN/CAPA certification preferred Skills and attributes: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and dedication to quality patient care.
