About the Role

The Staff Nurse provides high-level, technical nursing care within a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care that emphasizes compassion and quality.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver direct and indirect patient care.
• Supervise team members and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and safe medication administration.
• Take initiative for professional growth and contribute to a collaborative team effort.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Valid nursing license in the state.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards.
• Experience in handling confidential information.
