Registered Nurse - CVOR - Days

Position Overview Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.Perform scrub functions, including handling instruments and supplies.Manage circulating duties such as monitoring patient condition, recording, and communicating updates.Assist surgeons with tasks like hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 180 days.Educational requirement includes a diploma from an accredited nursing school. Key Duties Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care.Assist surgical team with instrument handling and patient management.Ensure operating room readiness and proper preparation of surgical tools.
