Position Overview Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.Perform scrub functions, including selecting and handling instruments and supplies.Conduct circulating duties such as monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions, and managing overall nursing care before, during, and after procedures.Assist surgeons with tasks like hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and Advanced Life Support within 180 days.High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited nursing program.
