Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies; assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations; delegate tasks appropriately; collaborate with team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher in Nursing preferred; requires at least 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting; valid Illinois RN license; current CPR certification; ACLS within one year of hire. Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, documentation. Additional info: Full-time, 36-hour week, rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
