Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Hospital setting Work Schedule: Full-time, 36-hour week, day shift with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policiesAssess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate careMonitor patient progress and document observationsDelegate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred) or Associate Degree with a plan to complete a Bachelor’s within five yearsMinimum of 1+ years inpatient RN experienceCurrent Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year Key Attributes: Critical thinking, teamwork, professional licensure, and commitment to patient care excellence.
