Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

About the Role

Full-time Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) position in Arlington Heights, IL, working 36 hours per week on the night shift (6pm - 6:30am) with every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Coordinate and implement care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Provide individualized patient and family teaching
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with nursing standards and regulations

Requirements

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois nursing license
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association

Pay

Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.80, with a sign-on bonus available for experienced RNs.
