About the role
Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; develop and follow care plans.
- Provide safe, effective care aligned with policies and documentation standards.
- Respond to patient concerns, educate patients and families, and promote patient satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and relevant state licenses.
- Self-motivated with commitment to professional growth and adherence to standards.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
