About the Role
A Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a primary link between patients, families, providers, and staff to ensure effective communication and patient advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; develop and follow care plans; document assessments and interventions.
- Prioritize patient flow and experience, delivering safe, effective care aligned with policies and standards.
- Respond to patient and family concerns, providing education and maintaining satisfaction through patient-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain professional licensure, certifications (e.g., ACLS, BLS), and pursue ongoing professional development.
- Mentor and support colleagues, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and promote nursing excellence.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license (multi-state or single-state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and adherence to standards of practice.
