Registered Nurse - Critical Care (Night Shift)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the patient care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes and ensure safety and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care plans and applying independent judgment to deliver safe, effective care.Coordinate patient care, prioritize patient flow, and maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.Advocate for patients and families by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating pertinent information to care teams.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction.Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards. Qualifications: Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelors preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications in BLS and ACLS required upon hire.Proficiency in nursing skills and a commitment to professional development.
