Registered Nurse Coordinator - Surgical Specialties - PACU - Days

Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator in perioperative care, responsible for overseeing nursing services in surgical specialties, coordinating workflows, resources, and staffing, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage perioperative nursing care and departmental efficiency.Procure and maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments.Coordinate workflows and communicate with stakeholders in perioperative areas. Qualifications & Skills BSN or enrolled in a BSN program (degree required within 24 months of hire).IL RN License and CPR/BLS certification.Experience in an OR setting, with team leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.Competency in caring for patients of all ages within the specialty.
