Position Highlights
The Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator
Location: Evanston, IL
Hours: 7:30a to 4p M-F (4 10s a possibility)
What You Will Do
- Has accountability for perioperative nursing care provided in his/her designated surgical specialties.
- Captivates/delegates and communicates department throughput, efficiencies, resources and staffing.
- Secures/procures and maintains supplies, equipment and instruments necessary to deliver optimal surgical care.
- Captivates perioperative workflows, activities, and communicates to all key stakeholders working with or in the perioperative areas.
What You Will Need
- Education: BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program, degree must be acquired within 24 mths from an accredited nursing program, of hire.
- Certification/License: IL RN License, CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- Experience: Experience in OR setting, team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty.

$40.45 - $62.70 per hour, the hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
