About the role
The Nurse Supervisor leads and coordinates staff in the Cardiovascular ICU, ensuring high‑quality patient care and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Quality: Oversee staffing and clinical objectives to deliver exceptional care across specialized units.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff, fostering accountability and professional growth.
- Resource Management: Use independent judgment to plan shift operations, prioritize patient needs, and ensure resource availability.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop staffing schedules, assess daily requirements, and manage patient care workflows.
- Environment & Culture: Maintain a positive, resourceful environment and address patient concerns through established channels.
- Staff Development: Contribute to hiring, training, and evaluating staff to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
