Coordinate unit staffing and provide inspirational leadership to ensure the consistent implementation of clinical objectives and the highest quality patient care across your assigned specialty area(s), such as Emergency/Triage, Critical Care (Adult or Peds/Neonatal), or Labor & Delivery.

Lead, direct, educate, and monitor the performance of nursing and support associates during your assigned shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
Strategic Resource Management
Apply independent judgment to plan shift dynamics, service delivery, and comprehensive patient care, while setting priorities that adapt to the daily flow of patient and physician needs.
Operational Excellence
Assess daily patient care requirements, develop appropriate assignments, and manage staffing schedules to maintain productivity standards, providing justification for any necessary variances.
Cultivating a Positive Environment
Facilitate the efficient availability of necessary materials and resources, and manage patient care complaints through established, supportive channels.

Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education Required: professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
