Lead shift operations and clinical flow by assigning, directing, and mentoring nursing and support staff across your specialty unit to guarantee safe, high-quality patient care.

Optimize daily patient care assignments using independent clinical judgment to balance patient acuity with staffing strengths, ensuring we maintain productivity standards while meeting every patient's specific needs.

Champion patient and family experiences by proactively addressing care concerns and managing resolutions through established channels to uphold our high standards of care.

Equip and resource your team by facilitating the availability of essential materials, equipment, and supplies, allowing your nurses to focus entirely on the patient journey.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
• Preferences: Recent critical care experience strongly preferred. Charge, Preceptor, or leadership experience preferred.
