Registered Nurse - Centralized Triage

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care under supervision, including phone triage, test result management, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and responding to electronic messages. Chart patient information in Epic electronic medical records. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ensure accurate documentation. May travel to different sites as needed.
