Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound telephone patient assessments
- Demonstrate strong customer service
- Perform clinical evaluations
- Educate callers
- Manage urgent and preventative care needs
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN license
- Knowledge of physician practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Strong time management
- Basic computer skills
- 35 WPM typing
- Ability to multitask
