Registered Nurse - Centralized Triage

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting, based in Skokie, IL. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to other sites as needed. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians, including phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and documenting in electronic medical records (Epic). Respond to patient messages via NorthShore Connect. Qualifications: Current IL Nursing License, graduation from an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.
