Registered Nurse - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit, Part-Time Nights

About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions. Supports professional nursing practice across care settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. Provides leadership through mentoring, committee participation, and quality improvement efforts. Delegates patient care based on skill, experience, and resources, and possesses excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate nursing degree required
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred
• Current RN license per state requirements
