About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care, provide education to patients and families, and facilitate transitions of care. The RN will support professional nursing practices across various settings, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality care aligned with the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship and welcomes applicants on F1 OPT status, subject to licensure and certification requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate nursing care.
- Demonstrate leadership through mentorship, committee participation, and quality improvement activities.
- Delegate patient care based on skill, experience, and resource availability.
- Apply excellent communication, mentoring, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate nursing degree.
- Relevant nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Additional state licenses or certifications as required by work location.
