About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Telemetry unit, responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and provide direct patient care
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Active RN license (Missouri or compact state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telemetry, cardiac care, or critical care
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
