Responsibilities
- Developing individualized care plans
- Ensuring safe treatment and medication procedures

- Ensuring professionalism and safety in all aspects of work
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or degree
- Licensure in Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days
- Additional certifications including ACLS, NVCI, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and specialty-specific credentials within specified timeframes
- Experience in adult, pediatric, emergency, critical care, oncology, or medical-surgical settings
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and patient education
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 250 lbs with assistance
