About the role
Provides patient care under supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume cardiac environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate clinical documentation and delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and delivers nursing care following hospital policies, state nursing acts, ANA standards, and AACVPR guidelines.
- Charts precise clinical data and assumes accountability for patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduation from nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Current RN licensure
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in telemetry, step-down, or ICU settings
- BCLS certification (upon hire)
- ACLS certification (within 6 months)
- Strong interpersonal skills
