About the role
Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure optimal patient and family experiences.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout care continuum.
- Formulate and revise care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to unit decision-making.
- Engage actively as a team member to meet organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of a nursing specialty training program.
- Ability to perform assessments and provide holistic, patient-centered care.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
