Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Medical

Join a dedicated inpatient nursing team providing complex care on a 24-bed advanced acute care unit. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive nursing care tailored to diverse medical diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, cardiac, renal, GI disorders, and postoperative conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, addressing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention outcomes. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams is essential for proactive patient advocacy, discharge planning, and ensuring safety and satisfaction. Participation in quality, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices is encouraged. Preferred candidates have graduate-level nursing education and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach. Experience in telemetry and acute care settings is advantageous.
