Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Medical

Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position on a 30-bed acute care medical unit, providing comprehensive patient care across diverse diagnoses. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promoting safety, satisfaction, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care; strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
