Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to evidence-based standards and nursing ethics. They support a culture of compassion, collaboration, and professional growth, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based initiatives to enhance care quality.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development of colleagues and students.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies calmly.Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice.
