Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using clinical judgment and evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork, including participation in performance improvement initiatives.
• Act as a preceptor/mentor, support professional development, and promote evidence-based research and performance improvement activities.
• Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
• Licenses: RN license (single or multi-state compact), BLS certification.
• Educational background: Associate or diploma in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
