Responsibilities

Requirements

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program. - Enrollment in a BSN program within 3 years of hire. - Completion of a BSN within 5 years of hire. - Demonstrated clinical knowledge and analytical skills. - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel. - Possession of current Michigan State Board of Nursing license. - Professional certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence.
