Registered Nurse - 1:1 Pediatric Home Care

About the role

Help Little Ones Thrive at Home This Summer! Our BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with only one client per day
• Build client relationships and watch their milestones
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Work flexible hours to travel to one client home near you

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

• Passionate about pediatric care
• Committed to delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts and client homes

Up to $43/hour based on client care and shift
