Registered Behavior Technician RBT - Part Time

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support services in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and TB test.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
