Registered Behavior Technician RBT- Part Time

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavior plans based on individualized assessments
• Providing positive reinforcement and redirection techniques
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to develop support strategies
• Maintaining accurate records of interventions and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
