About the role
Responsible for providing behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Monitor and document behavior incidents
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
- Provide training to staff and family members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Passing score on a background check

Pay
- $20.00 per hour
Schedule
