About the role
Responsible for providing behavioral support services in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Document progress and communicate with team members regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam.
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
