What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Current RBT certification from the BACB preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of behavior principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience: Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred. Familiarity with the Jewish community and diverse age groups is a plus.
- Flexibility: A willingness to travel to client locations and adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability: Evening and Sunday availability preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience in applied behavior analysis across various settings.
- Comfort with technology for data collection and analysis.
